Every recording is captured automatically. There’s no phone-line involved; it’s a custom audio system designed to look and feel like a classic telephone.
Absolutely. Every booking includes a custom greeting recorded by you (or a voice talent of your choosing) so guests hear exactly the prompt you want. We provide a recording template and handle the technical setup.
Within 5 business days of your event, you’ll receive a professionally edited folder of digital audio files — one file per guest message — plus a single combined master track. Files are delivered via private cloud link in standard MP3 and uncompressed formats.
The booth installation requires approximately 4×4 feet of floor space and a standard power outlet within 25 feet. Our team handles all setup, leveling, and styling — we’ll coordinate placement directly with your venue.
Yes. We serve all of Chicagoland including Naperville, Schaumburg, Evanston, Oak Brook, Hinsdale, Barrington, Lake Forest, Wilmette, Winnetka, and Orland Park. Travel beyond 30 miles may include a small mileage fee — always quoted upfront.
